Mr. Rajesh Kansal took retirement from the position of Director Finance (NDMC), where he was on deputation from Government of NCT of Delhi. He has been a career DANICS officer and coached a number of senior officers of Delhi Government at Staff College. He was Chairman of IITS, the No. 1 IIT-JEE training Institution of North Delhi with 800 students/ year in 2006
Mrs. Poonam Kansal

Mrs. Poonam Kansal is a Educationist. Eng.(H), Delhi University. Since 1997, she served as Dy Director (Acadmics) in Coaching venture of KITES along with Hon Chairman Sir. KITES was renamed as Indus B2C Global Pvt.Ltd. in 2014 and since then she is serving as Director(CRM) in company’s export B2B venture.
Mr. Virendra K Kansal

Mr. V K Kansal is a renowned educationist. He took retirement as Executive Engineer from UPPWD. He then served as Managing Director of an INR 150 cr Real Estate company in Surat, India. He is IIT-Delhi Civil branch of year 1971. He founded IITS, a premier IIT-JEE entrance training Institute of North Delhi which coached 800 students/ year by 2006. It was sold in a strategic sale to Narayana Institute

Mr. Prashant Kansal is a Textile/ Real Estate Industrialist and served as CEO of a marquee Textile exporter since 1991. He also held the position of Director/ Founder of IITS, a premier IIT-JEE entrance training organization which coached almost 800 students/ year by 2006. As founder of Consumer B2C business at Indus B2C Global, Mr Prashant has been instrumental in ramping up the business to international markets besides being a Growth Leader and a Team Leader
